STRAIGHT-LINE TYPE

  STRAIGHT-LINE TYPE FREE ROLLER CONVEYOR

  1)ROLLER-ROLLER is determined as the permitted weight of BEARING
 according to the material conveyed.
  2)ROLLER PITCH: ROLLER PITCH: According to the material SIZE conveyed,
 this is determined as Roller is hooked as 3 and 1/2 ea. ( As for the spec.
 of ROLLER. please refer to ROLLER PAGE.)

CURVE TYPE

  Straight-line typed FREE ROLLER CONVEYOR will be modified many
  conditions according to material SIZE conveyed.CURVE TYPE is, according
  to the shape of ROLLER, classified as TAPER TYPE, STRAIGHT-LINE  TYPE,
  and TAPER TYPE is availableas STEEL TYPE,RUBBER/URETHANE TYPE.
 ROLLER PITCH is determined by the material SIZE conveyed, however, it is
  desirable to decide PITCH at interval of 5 degree to 8 degree.
